"The original developer is gone." "The database is too old to upgrade." "It breaks whenever we touch it." We have handled all of these. Four stages keep the risk inside a controlled boundary.

  1. Inventory and health check

    We catalogue current features, data volume, dependencies and integrations, then tell you which parts are genuinely at risk and which are worth keeping.

  2. Architecture and migration plan

    Rewrite or replace incrementally, migration rules, downtime window and rollback plan — all agreed in writing before any code is written.

  3. Parallel build and validation

    New and old run in parallel against real data. Accounting figures and reports must reconcile before anything is considered done.

  4. Cut-over and handover

    Phased go-live, user training, documentation and source code handover, plus a support period alongside your team.
