Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jyu-Shan Group ("we") collects, processes and uses your personal data on this website, www.jyu-shan.com.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. What we collect

Only what you enter and submit yourself in the "Contact" form on this site:

  • Company or organisation name, contact name, job title (optional)
  • Email address and phone number
  • Requirement categories, budget range and desired timeline (optional)
  • The description of your requirement
  • Submission time and source IP address, recorded to prevent abuse

2. Purpose of use

The data above is used only to:

  • Reply to your enquiry, assess your requirement and prepare a quotation
  • Maintain contact during service delivery and fulfil a contract
  • Keep security records that prevent automated abuse of the form

3. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or pass the personal data you provide here to any third party unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not use it for marketing you have not agreed to.

4. Retention and safeguards

Enquiries are stored in a database we operate ourselves, accessible only to authorised staff and covered by a daily backup routine.

The site is served over HTTPS throughout. If you tell us you no longer need our services, we delete or de-identify the record after the enquiry is closed, in line with our internal rules.

5. Member accounts and single sign-on

If you use member login, your account and password are held by our own identity centre (sso.jyu-shan.com). When you choose to sign in with Google, LINE or Apple, we receive only the identifier, name and email address that service provides — never your password there. You can review and revoke these links yourself in the member area.

6. Cookies

This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for functionality: one that records your chosen display language (named lang). We use no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When you use member login, the identity centre additionally sets the cookies required to keep you signed in.

7. Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to confirm, review or copy the personal data we hold about you, to supplement or correct it, to stop collecting, processing or using it, or to delete it. Please submit your request through the contact form; we will act on it once your identity is confirmed.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy is revised, the updated date on this page will change. Continuing to use the site is taken as acceptance of the revised policy.
